This is what the system looks like in one of our real installations: each employee clocks in and out (morning and afternoon), and the platform automatically generates the monthly timesheet with normal hours, overtime and totals per worker, ready for payroll and labour inspections.

The system complies with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 on mandatory working time recording, keeping records for the legally required period and allowing their download in case of a labour inspection.
